Can I change or cancel my trip?
You can make unlimited changes to your scheduled departure date or time without a change fee. You pay any increase in fare, and every change depends on seat availability. You can cancel your trip up to 1 hour before departure and choose either a refund or a travel credit.
How much luggage can I bring?
You can bring 2 checked bags and 2 carry-ons free of charge. Each checked bag can weigh up to 50 pounds.
Can I track my bus?
