What Is Door-to-Door?
Door-to-door is an add-on service available on select Salt Lake Express routes. Instead of driving to a central pickup stop, we send a driver directly to your address.
On the return trip, another driver picks you up at the shuttle arrival point and delivers you home — no rideshare app, no waiting in a parking lot.

- Booked through the same portal as regular tickets
- Provide your pickup address at checkout
- Additional fee applies for door-to-door leg
- Return drop-off is included when booked round-trip
How It Works
Book Your Trip
Reserve through our regular booking portal and select the door-to-door pickup option for your departure city.
Provide Your Address
Enter your pickup address during checkout. We'll confirm the details before your departure date.
We Come to You
A driver picks you up at your door and transports you to the main shuttle departure location — no parking, no stress.
Return Drop-Off
On your way back, a second driver meets you at the shuttle arrival point and takes you directly to your destination. Additional fees apply.
