The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) has begun improvements from the US-89 and SR-20 intersection to Circleville Canyon - approximately ten miles - as of May 18, 2026. These improvements will be finished in August 2026. There will be one lane in each direction from approximately 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. Motorists can expect up to 15-minute delays in each direction. Location: US-89 and SR-20 to Circleville Canyon.

Impacts -> Alert: Beginning Friday night, October 16, at 8 p.m. through Monday morning, October 19, at 4 a.m. the southbound I-15 off-ramp at 650 North will be closed. Motorists are advised to use the detour to the 700 South off-ramp. Drivers should use caution and be prepared for changing traffic patterns. SB I-15 shifted traffic patterns between 5600 South and 650 North and drivers should use caution through the area. Narrow lane width of 11'. Extra wide shoulder in some places.
