New system in place said my drop off was an hour away from my actual booked stop but despite the inconvenience Wilbur my bus driver made sure I made it to my destination on time and was super welcoming checking in from time to time.

This has been an ongoing battle trying to get my money back for 2 months now. I rode from Boise title Falls over Christmas. The bus broke down, we were stranded in twin for 2 hours then we got another bus to Pocatello and we were expected to wait there for 2 hours in the cold at 4:00 on a Sunday until the next bus came. Not acceptable. I asked for a refund and instead they sent me a discount for my next trip. I'm in the middle of a dispute with my bank because customer service is terrible and I got left in Pocatello and had to get a ride home to Idaho Falls from a complete stranger. Not going to be doing this again with them. I wouldn't recommend you do either.

The charioteers who pilot these mobile marvels perpetually greet their passengers with the exuberance of a thousand sunbeams, their enthusiasm rivaled only by that of an over-caffeinated squirrel at a nut festival. However, I must, with a twinkle of caution in my eye, admit that among the ranks of these brave shuttle drivers, a select few exhibit a lamentable proclivity for far less commendable maneuvering, akin to a tightrope walker too cozy with the idea of gravity. Yet fear not! For residing in our midst is the indomitable powerhouse of professionalism known as Houston P., a paragon of safety and meticulousness. His vigilance is akin to that of an owl at midnight; ever aware of the intricacies of his surroundings. Not once would you catch this stalwart commander of the steering wheel distracted by the siren song of mobile devices! His braking is as smooth as a jazz musician's finest riff, and his acceleration is so gentle that one might mistakenly believe they’ve been transported to a cloud. I declare without hesitation that thus far, he reigns supreme as the most splendid shuttle driver to have ever graced my presence. A heartfelt salute and a bouquet of gratitude to you, dear Houston, for whisking me away to my destinations with grace and expediency—your commendable efforts do not go unnoticed!
No signage for salt lake downtown pickup spot. You really have to search to find the correct pickup spot. There was also no indication that there was supposed to be a 3.5 hour layover on the trip from salt lake to jackson in the middle of the night in a tiny, cold waiting room. First and last time taking this bus

We have been using the Salt Lake Express for 2 years now and at least twice a month and have never had a problem until now 2 times in a row the bus didn't stop at the stop we paid for and the employee over the phone hasn't been helpful either. It's very frustrating and we are very disappointed.
Buses / vans are on time. Driver was professional about being on schedule. Fair prices and overall good service. I take pretty much anytime I go to Idaho from SLC

Joseph Forbes was my driver! Very professional and great driver. He was very friendly and nice to talk with. He was quick to take my luggage and inform us of all stops. And knew the area quite well. The trip was in winter with snow on the ground. I was very happy for the value of the service and cost.
I had the best experience, in both directions, with Lynn Taylor, I could ever have imagined. Mr Taylor was kind, considerate, understanding, and in my case, VERY long-suffering. Had some really crummy weather and road conditions for our trip down to Eagle Point, but Kelline Jones was an amazing driver and got us there safely with caution and professionalism.All other chartered drivers we have had for the trips I plan have been prompt, communicative, professional, and very good at their job.Highly recommend for a premium charter service!
I’ve been coming to Jackson Hole, WY, every year for the past five years, and one of the biggest reasons I keep returning—aside from the incredible skiing—is my shuttle driver. Steve Peacock has been an absolute gem from day one.Traveling can often be stressful, but knowing I’ll be greeted with a smile and excellent service when I arrive in Jackson Hole makes all the difference. He’s a huge part of why I don’t consider going anywhere else. Truly the best!
