Customer Service at Salt Lake Express
As a customer service representative at the Salt Lake Express, you will spend your time helping customers with anything that they need. Depending on the location where you are working you could be answering phones, helping customers buy tickets face to face, or even helping with Greyhound customers. Customer service is the core of our business, and as a customer service representative, we would count on you to represent the company in a professional manner while taking care of any customer needs that arise.
Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available
Positions available in Rexburg, Idaho Falls, and St George.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Take incoming Customer Calls
- Answer any customer questions that arise in a professional manner
- Help drivers resolve any issues that arise while on the road
Required:
- Able to work weekends
- Comfortable speaking on the phone for long periods of time.
- Good computer skills
