Serving More Far-Reaching Communities Every Year
In our continued expansion, we are thrilled to have added new routes to include the eastern Utah communities of Vernal, Heber City, Price, Moab, and Blanding. Service on these routes began operating on November 1, 2021.
These new destinations are the furthest east that we offer connections to and as such, has opened opportunities for so many travelers in eastern Utah to access destinations like Provo, the Salt Lake Airport, downtown SLC, and Ogden. These new connections are located in smaller communities where there is currently no regular bus service directly connecting them to the urban and metropolitan cities. Many who need access to healthcare services, the airport, and the Utah State Capitol can now have service directly into Salt Lake City twice a day, 365 days per year.

Heber City
Once a farming and ranching community, Heber City is now a trendy and desirable destination on the eastern side of the Wasatch range.
Moab
An outdoor enthusiast's dream, Moab is full of recreation. Not to mention it's a bucket list destination for nature photographers in the western US.
Vernal
Have you heard of Dinosaurland, USA? If you're anything like Ross Geller, then a trip to Vernal, UT has to be on your horizon in the near future.
Blanding
Don't be fooled by the name, this town is in the backyard of Canyonlands National Park and serves as a great basecamp for adventures there.
Rich in History, Culture, & Outdoor Recreation
The new Vernal route will originate in Vernal offering stops in Roosevelt, Duchesne, Heber City, Park City, and into the Salt Lake Airport and downtown. The new Blanding route originates in Blanding offering stops at Monticello, Moab, Green River, Price, Spanish Fork, as well as the Salt Lake Airport and downtown. Both routes will make great connections heading as far south as Las Vegas as well as north into many locations in Idaho and Montana.
These routes provide transportation solutions for a previously underserved region in eastern Utah. Part of our mission here at Salt Lake Express is connect people with where they need to be, especially those who don’t have a great deal of resources available to them.
As the largest transportation company in the region we shuttle heavily along the I-15 corridor, as well as many other highways and interstates. Including routes to many getaway destinations including Jackson, Sun Valley, Park City, St. George, Las Vegas, and Reno.
